Linen Laundry Service:

As a result of our extensive experience of managing holiday lets, Wye Bother Linen Ltd was born as a sister company to support the needs of our existing clients, 8 years later we provide a linen and towel laundering service for a variety of clients in the local area to support their business needs.

We also offer this same linen service to domestic and second home clients.

We offer free collection and delivery* on a seven day turnaround (although this can be shorter for smaller houses upon negotiation). We have the following delivery and collection days for specific areas, or we have a drop off point at our home in Winforton:

Hay on Wye – every week day

Monday – Painscastle / Rhosgoch

Tuesday – Winforton / Whitney / Clyro / Llanigon / Glasbury / Talgarth

Wednesday – Eardisley / Letton / Staunton / Kinnersley

Thursday – Clifford

All linen is air-dried in a smoke and pet free environment. We also only part tumble dry towels to ensure they are soft and fluffy for your guests but reduce environmental impact.

We are open Monday to Saturday during the holiday season but reduced hours over the winter months but we will always endeavour to provide you with the services you require.

We partially shut for set weeks during the year to allow for holidays, this just means that we cannot collect and deliver in the same way as normal so if alternative drop off points can be arranged the service continues for you. We let all clients know these in advance so that you can ensure week long bookings or that you have enough linen to cover this period of time should the delivery/collection be a crucial part of the business. We will ensure you have all linen returned to you before these holidays take place so that your business can still function even when we aren’t there.

You can request the use of specific detergents, we have both biological and non-biological powders but can also use specialist powders depending upon your needs. You can provide these if you wish or we can purchase them upon request. We also have Ecover which some clients now prefer to use as an Eco alternative.

We can also provide a wash only service if you don’t require the ironing, or vice versus, but we would ask that we receive any ironing in a timely manner after washing, as we cannot guarantee the quality if it has been dry for some time.  

We invoice on a monthly basis, ensuring you have records for your business, and ask for payment within 7 days.

We are insured up to £1 million.

Please be aware that we do not offer a service for clothing.
